Le rocher peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent, et ceux avec moins d\u2019asp\u00e9rit\u00e9s (granite, basalte) sont probablement plus difficiles pour les grimpeurs handi que ceux avec plus d\u2019asp\u00e9rit\u00e9s (calcaire, conglom\u00e9rat). Comme toujours, le rocher peut avoir des caract\u00e9ristiques bien diff\u00e9rentes localement. Il peut y avoir du gr\u00e8s avec beaucoup d\u2019asp\u00e9rit\u00e9s, mais aussi du gr\u00e8s avec un mur presque lisse et des structures \u00e9pur\u00e9es. Le rocher et la nature ne sont pas un environnement test\u00e9 et certifi\u00e9. Il ne suffit pas de clipper et d\u2019avancer -une v\u00e9rification suppl\u00e9mentaire peut vous sauver la vie&nbsp;! Ne vous attendez pas \u00e0 ce que les points d\u2019ancrage soient \u00e0 1,5m de distance, il peut y avoir des endroits o\u00f9 il ne vaut mieux pas tomber en t\u00eate. En plus, les prises peuvent casser, les points peuvent \u00eatre corrod\u00e9s et dans le pire des cas casser et il peut aussi y avoir de grosses chutes de pierre en fonction de la structure du rocher ou de la montagne. Un casque&nbsp;? Il vaudrait mieux en apporter un et le porter. V\u00e9rification de son bin\u00f4me&nbsp;? Ne l\u2019oubliez jamais&nbsp;! N\u0153ud en bout de corde&nbsp;? Evidemment. Soyez sur que la marche d\u2019approche est faisable, toutes les falaises ne sont pas situ\u00e9es juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du parking. Parfois, de longues marches sur un terrain irr\u00e9gulier ou m\u00eame un peu d\u2019escalade peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires. Demandez \u00e0 des gens qui y sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 all\u00e9s si la marche d\u2019approche peut \u00eatre possible avec des b\u00e9quilles, un fauteuil roulant ou \u00e0 quoi elle ressemble. Ne vous fiez pas au temps indiqu\u00e9 dans les topos, en fonction de votre handicap, il peut \u00eatre facilement doubl\u00e9, voire plus.<\/p>\n<p>La marche d\u2019approche est une chose, mais pensez au retour&nbsp;! Vous avez \u00e9galement besoin de ressources pour cela, donc, si vous savez qu\u2019elle est d\u00e9licate, ne vous donnez pas \u00e0 100% dans les voies&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p>Donc, si vous avez pens\u00e9 \u00e0 tout \u00e7a, que vous avez la bonne falaise en t\u00eate, le bon bin\u00f4me, que la m\u00e9t\u00e9o a l\u2019air bonne, allez-y et faites-vous plaisir&nbsp;!
